May there be kindness in your gaze when you look within.

May you never place walls between the light and yourself.

May you allow the wild beauty of the invisible world to gather you, to mind you and to embrace you in belonging.

Welcome to
soul meets body yoga

About Me
Hello! My name is Michele Pryor; I'm a 200 hour level yoga instructor with certification in therapeutic touch techniques. I'm a painter, poet, wife, mom of 3 kids, and artistic director for a kids' theatre program. Sometimes I feel like a "jane of all trades" which can leave me a little scattered, but yoga plays a major part in keeping me centered.
I found yoga at a time when I was very sick and suffering from pain and fatigue. I didn't really know much about the poses I was doing, but I knew I felt better afterward! Over the years, my journey with yoga has expanded to not only experiencing the many physical benefits of the practice, but also emotionally learning to be at peace with myself and spiritually to connect with my faith on a deeper level. For someone like me with lifelong health issues, yoga is exercise that is sustainable and is incredibly kind to the body.

I love seeing people be healthy and live their best lives.
I have a background that includes 10 years experience as an occupational therapist, as well as many years of dancing and teaching dance. So wellness and movement have always been passions for me!

I'm grateful for the privilege to provide space and guidance for you to
find your connection here,
where soul meets body.
